I only gave one star because I can't give it zero stars!
They say that they will take care of the residents, " just push the call button for help..." Yet it takes 30-45 minutes for the aides just to answer the lights, sometimes they even tell the residents that they're not "allowed" to push their button unless they need to use the restroom! They answer call lights and don't help the residents, leaving the residents room a complete mess after Changing bed linens and leaving them in a bag in the room until they remember! The alarms to tell them someone who is a fall risk is up walking or standing, they take the time to answer those, the longest alarm time I have seen is 3 minutes!?! Sometimes it takes over an hour to get your pills, sometimes 30 minutes, mostly in the morning though! Everyone justifies everything! They even haze the new CNAS, putting them on the hall by themselves on their first day solo while 3 other CNAS work the other hall, ignoring their radio calls for help. I wouldn't put my family or friends in this place, let alone my worst enemies! I can't see how this place passed inspection!

This facility cares more about what the building looks like and what their ratings are than they do about their own residents. Brand new A/c units that are wireless remote controlled, yet the kitchen can't keep food ordered because "they are too poor." The menu is falsely advertised to make you believe that there are more choices than there really are. If they would stop ordering crab that no one likes to begin with, they would save a pretty penny. Call light response times are completely ridiculous, everyone would rather justify their actions instead of trying to fix the problems. This facility has only a handful of good people who work there. When alarms go off people act like it's not serious. One of these days someone is going to visit and see what is going on and something serious will happen, like someone falling and ending up dying. These employees need to step up their game or step out.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
