They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Please, Please Please, do not send your loved one here!!!! My Mom spent 3 weeks there after a hip surgery and the care was horrible! In the end, she was transferred to a hospital for low oxygen level (after several days of declining health) and died the following morning. She was only 80, and had always been relatively healthy. They never returned my calls, never even contacted me when she was transferred, even though I was the one in charge of her health directive. Her doctor hadn't seen her in 10 days, and when my sister called the doctor to complain that my mom was not doing well, his nurse said, "The doctor wants you to know that she is doing well and he saw her 10 days ago. 10 days!!! She was not doing well. They finally saw her and found that she could not breathe, needed oxygen due to fluid in the lungs, and had non-healing sores on her legs that no one was doing anything about. 2 days later she was found to have an infection, and was then transferred to the hospital due to low oxygen levels. There are better places out there that will take far better care of you.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
