Although I found the nurses to be friendly and responsible, I found the administrative policies to be questionable; and would not recommend this facility to anyone. We had considered the facility, but through a negative experience with administrative policy would fear for our quality of life.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
