We appreciate any comments; however, the reviewer who made the comment regarding the side-rails apparently does not understand the parameters for restraints as established by CMS. We would certainly appreciate the opportunity to allow this individual to review the CMS guidelines. Those regulations can be accessed on the CMS website. Each resident is individually assessed for side-rail utilization and reassessed as needed.

We also feel that June Peach was an innovator in the industry and we are honored to be following in her footsteps.

The staff is not the problem, the new administrator seems to have no idea of what elderly people need, I noticed upon observation that bed railing was gone from a lot of occupied beds, this seems to be an unsafe idea. I was informed that the independent living fee was raised, to beyond exceptable, I thought they were in the business of caring and not for prophet, when Mrs. June Peach was there it was love., may she rest in peace.
