Please enter your review here. The night nurse left my Mom uncovered and cold for over an hour til My Mom pressed the call button. the night nurse came to the room eventually and asked, "what's the matter", "I'm cold!". She finally got a blanket and sheet.
The night nurse also did not have knowledge of how to work a pick unit and had to get someone else to do it for her. In my opinion, that's nursing 101!!
They took my Mom to physical therapy and brought her back BLOODY!! She has 2 urine bags right now and instead of putting them each in their own privacy bag, they put both in one privacy bag. The tubes got tangled and pulled out the tube that goes to her kidney.

This place is understaffed in general, and overstaffed in incompetence. I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact, they should be shut down

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
