The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. The Day shift nurse Devon is just wonderful. She is so attentive and was always there whenever my family member was in beed of something She was always working very hard which is great as she is with child. That just shows the dedication. She has a glow about her which is great. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their patients than here. They were able to answer every single one of my questions in-detail, and were only a phone call away if I thought of any more questions later on. It is obvious that their facility is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen , again Devon was and is the greatest!! If everyone could be more like her the facility could run so smooth and be so much more productive. They genuinely care about everyone who visits.

It was clear that the office is used to various insurance billing.They made sure they took down all the information correctly and talked to me about what it was going to cost. I'm really impressed. I got an appointment fairly quickly. I was happy they were able to accommodate me. My overall experience with this nursing home was great as I feel that they took wonderful care of my father. I'm sure that if I had to I would use this facility again in the future. All of the staff always treated me well. The best nights when the male nurse and the male cna worked. they were always so attentive to my father as well as my whole family. They would go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable as well. They seem to always have taken the extra step. They make me feel like they're really glad I'm there with my father which is very nice.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I had called to get an update on my son and am always surprised that there seems to be so many new nurses. This night I had spoken to a nurse named Eric. I had never spoke to him before but found myself plesently surprised that he know my son and was able to answer my questions and provide me with the information that i was asking. At the end of our conversation he even asked, "Do you have any other questions that I can help you with." At that time that just ment a lot to me. I hope they get other fully qualified nice nurses like Eric. I am very much happy with the care that my son gets and even though I am not able to visit on a regular basis, I am gland that there are nurses there like Eric. I would suggest this facility to anyone.

They were explained, but not thoroughly
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
