No, but they said they were going to!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

My Mother has been in several different Facilities around the FT. Worth area., one in Glen Rose, Granbury and now Gainesville. I have been very pleased with the care that she has been given. They listen to my concerns and have always addressed them immediately. The food is good and Mother likes being there. I have no complaints about the care that she has been given. She has beem there about a year now.

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

No, they are almost always unavailable

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

No, it is their way or the highway

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
