My aunt is placed here. Roaches everywhere. Don't understand why health dept isn't on top of the conditions at this facility. The inspector for this location is probably being paid under the table for a passing grade.
Wouldn't have given any star rating but the system requires a rating. True rating is zero stars.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I have only visited and toured, but was very pleased with everything I saw and People I met. Everyone was so generous with their time and attention. Am looking forward to having my husband transferred there early this week.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
