Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
