The place is filthy and healthcare people do not sanitize hands
Under repair for extended amount of time with no sign of work
Very understaffed with unqualified uncaring individuals
$$ is much more important than patients
No attention to detail
Patients left in wheelchairs for extended periods of time and on weekends all gathered at nurses station most of the day so staff doesn’t have to go far for anything
Personalities of charge nurse weekend and nighttime nurse and staff is non existent
Cleanliness and personal hygiene for patients is not a priority in any way
Food is horrible
Canned peaches for desert 90% of the time
Not qualified for neuro rehab let alone care in general
Dirt and belongings under beds from who knows when
Rooms are cramped and cater somewhat more to long term patients
Rated lower than st joesephs wich is very very scary as that is one of the biggest dumps in southern Maine

Someone needs to preform better and more inspections on these places
And force them to correct all issues or take away license

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They were explained, but not thoroughly
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!

The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated.

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

Yes, but very little

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
