They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. My family member was here short term and was alert and oriented, so I thought it would be okay despite the what I had been hearing....and they have new owners, so I decided to try it. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!! They were not answering call lights sometimes for over an hour. They made medication mistakes. And had to wait for a shower for 5 days!!!! If you live local....dont take your family here....drive far far away to a better facility!!!! This facility deserves 0 stars but that was not an option!!!
