WE CAME TO SEE A GOOD FRIEND OF THE FAMILY THAT STAY'S AT RIVERVIEW WE WAS NOT IN GOOD MOOD THAT DAY WE CAME BUT WHEN WE LEFT AND GOT IN THE CAR ME AND MY WIFE COULDN'T DO NOTHING BUT CRY SOME YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME OF MOODY WAS LAUGHING AND TALKING TO THE RESIDENT'S AND WHEN WE GOT READY TO EXIT THE BUILDING HE TOLD US TO HAVE A BLESSED DAY AND COME BACK NOW YOU HEAR AND WE TOLD HIM THANK YOU AND WE WILL BE BACK.WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A FACILITY THAT MADE US FEEL THIS SPECIAL PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
