Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, I didn't feel safe

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

This facility hires nurses that are on probation for sexual crimes and there is proof of it on the IDFPR website. Just look up their names and you will find who I am talking about. I would never trust my family to be cared for by someone like this and she is also stealing from there all the time. Not expensive things but theft is theft.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
