They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The
the place made me sick to my stomach, it wreaked like urine from the moment i walked into the door, i decided to turn around and not bother with filling out an app. i wouldn't suggest working nor putting my beautiful grand mother in that place

waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
