My mother has been a resident of Royal Terrace for the past 3 years. Over the past 6 months or so, the care has improved substantially. The staff is more professional and helpful, the food is better, and the rooms are more attractive.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

I got lost, but eventually found it
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, multiple people had to stand
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
