The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

awful care, run around in anwsers, little care or concern unless a family member is standing over staff ensuring care is given. many employees dont speak engilsh, hard to understand. they keep passing you from person to person in what seems to be the hope you will stop asking questions. do not bring a loved one to this facility

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I had to wait for a little while.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Absolutely Not

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
