When I called, and asked questions, the head nurse made sure every single question I had. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The building was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Very close to Medina Square, and Medina Hospital. The residents seem happy, and I am in love with one in particular, whom I would like to adopt into our family,or be adopted into hers,. I will continue to go to Samaritan when my family member comes home, to visit the residents!

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
