This place terrible staff with low class administrators gray bad personality let his staff hit and kicked my Dad make he have big bruises wound and injuries cause he is dementia they abuse and negligence him lead his dead ,they must be punish by law ,recommends must look at this review carefully before go this Nursing home

The facility is clean, no urine smell, they very kind and yes sometimes get behind but then no facility is perfect. My mom is well taken care of and I visit at different hours and days never the same time or day so they do not know when I will appear.

Do not put your loved one here . Some staff are good , but there is a large turn over of people just looking for their next job. They are just drawing a paycheck , not caring if the patients are happy , not speaking to them respectful , total disregard for their privacy . God forbid they can not go to the lunchroom to eat . Meals brought to the room sit in a tray out of reach until someone comes and takes it back to the kitchen .

Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did this senior care facility prominently display their credentials or business license?
Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Don't expect a lot of attention for your loved one here. My mom is bed ridden and requires help to reach anything. She has been left away from her water for 2-3 hours at a time by staff. They drop her 02 concentrator nasal tubing on the floor and then reuse it. Sometimes they don't put it on her when they return her to bed. There has been confusion on their part as to some of her meds and she has not always received them as directed. They even put her nasal tubing on upside down. They have called me and apologized but nothing really changes

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
