I have had both my Grandmother and three aunts all here over the years, and our family was happy to hear that my brother would be able to also go there after his surgery. This is NOT the Clean, Helpful place it once was. My brother has had foot/leg surgery, he is in bed or a wheel chair. So he is unable to go into the bathroom and be at the sink.. Meaning some need to bring him water to brush his teeth, shave, cleaning face, hands and body, NO ONE DOES it The Doc is un happy with the care he is getting.My sister goes up at different times of the day to see if it has been done. It is going on 3 weeks and NO ONE DOES IT..He is unshaven teeth not brushed face hands need cleaning. Clean sheets should be change at less every other day. I have been there when meals came to his room and put on the bed table next to a UNINAL NO REMOVED IT, CLEANED THE TABLE JUST PUT THE FOOD NEXT TO IT!!!!!!! I have work in nursing home. Home care for my years and Never have I seem this lack of care before. My sister and I had a meeting with the head of nursing and was told things would change, They did that day and the next, and what I mean by change is CNA came in more even a nurse stopped by I KNOW EVERYONE IS JUST AFTER THE MONEY, but WHAT KIND OF A PLACE ARE YOU RUNNING????????

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Sannes is a lovely 50 bed home in the beautiful valley of Soldiers Grove. They are all a family there and the care is the BEST!!!!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops
