The restrooms at this convalescent hospital were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love how much attention to detail they show to the patients. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something related to my aunt. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to take care of my aunt right when she needs help or service. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable qualified and caring. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just LOVE this place.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. if I could give them zero stars, i would. that definitely describes the place. I went to tour a while ago, and now there are new faces and new problems. They are so rude, crowding around the nurses station doing nothing but chat. Call lights are going off constantly and no one bothers to get up and answer them. I hear the director of nursing also gets kickbacks from ambulance complanies and also gloats that she can get admissions because she has "her ways". I actually visited nursing homes in the valley and this lady has been around. from one nursing home to another. She has a dirty mouth, cursing and talking with her mouth full like a pig. all the nurses are lazy. they don't care about the patients only their paychecks. There was also a hospice patient there that my cousin used to visit, and now shes dead ever since the whole turn around and the downfall in care. no one cares! please don't send your loved ones there. you'll regret it forever.

My sister was admitted here for a short stay a couple of months or so. Well instead of bringing her a bed pan, they told her to just pee in the bed, then they would change it. That took them a hour or so to change the bed, which means she laid in it for an hour before being changed. The patients in diapers get changed only 3 times in 24 hour period. They will not let the patient get phone calls from family or allow them to make calls unless they can use the pay phone. But do not bring cash,phones, tv remotes or anything worth anything at all. it disappears immediately. So the only way to contact your family member is by going there in person. The more you go there the better they are taken care of too. The poor people who have no one, get horrible care. They do have a cordless phone that they can never find so you can not speak to your loved one by phone EVER !!! My sister said the food was ok, but I do not think her prescribed diet was followed to the letter, I think they came close. The staff is overworked and underpaid, so they steal from the patients to make up the difference. But some of the staff is really, really nice, and some are really really mean. Its a crap shoot to who is taking care of you, you get a combination of the two. The day staff is the best, the morning staff is overworked, they do most of the stuff with the patients then, showers, bed changes, getting the patients dressed and up, ect. The weekend staff is well less than deseriable. IN THE END, IF YOU VISIT REGULARLY (DAILY) YOUR LOVED ONE WILL LIVE THROUGH THE PROCESS AND EVEN GET A LITTLE BETTER. BUT GET THEM HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!!!!!!! THE ON STAFF MD'S ARE GOOD. SOME OF THE STAFF REALLY CARE, SO IT CAN IS OK FOR WHAT IT IS.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. their administ5rator was not available when i needed to present him very important information related to how the patients feel they were threatened about. they had a nursing director before that gave personal attention to the patients but there have a great change lately, we feel that we are just a bunch of patients they can generate their payrol from. i feel this because i the management controls the patients decision. i am trapped. please help
