Once a stellar nursing facility. In past year notable decline in quality of care and interest in meeting care needs of patients. Rote performance by administration and staff. Hope facility does reach inadequate level of some other nursing facilities. Board and administration need to reassess their commitment to serving patients.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. The staff is constantly answering their phones or standing around talking when they're supposed to be helping patients. They really should wait until their break or something. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
