No attention to detail or orders, you are not allowed to be involved in any care of your loved ones. Rude, hostile Social Worker controls who stays and goes and if you complain about their negligence you get thrown out by Medicare for their false but intentional record keeping to get medicare to stop paying. They leave patients in bed all day without dressing them or getting them moving. If you call for help or put on the call button, you would be lucky to see someone show up within 45 minutes. They charge the most for doing very minimal and their rehab therapy is a joke. There are a few nice nurses there but for the most part, those running the place are complacent and are not interested in what is best for the patient but how much of nothing they can get away with doing. Go elsewhere, there are much better places.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait forever.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
