How do you get the home office number apparently no one has it but the Administrator and she never answers her phone or never in office no matter what time you call. But they have time to put videos on TikToc

Totally do not feel they delivered the level of care expected and relocated our parent as quickly as we could.

I had a family member in this facility approximately one year ago. The experience was fantastic. The staff were caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Family member goals were accomplished through therapy and went home four months later on home health. Would recommend to anyone.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Not really, but I found a spot
