The address listed is for the retirement center, not the nursing home. The area code hasn't been 423 for about 20 years, try 865.

The retirement center is fabulous. Activities, outings, 3 meals a day, library, exercise program. 24/7 nursing staff. The list goes on.

This is the worst facility to entrust your loved one to. The staff is uncaring and at times seem unqualified. When you push the nurses button for help, you will be luck if it is answered in 30 minutes.Many times I had to go to the nurses station to put in a request and was told they were busy. This being said, one or two nurses were sitting at the station and three or four CNA's were sitting in the break room.

Admitting rep. in this home doesn't help family understand process of placement. Phone calls are seldom returned, and paper work is lost in the process.
