I don't know what happened at Sherman West Court; my mother seemed to be too embarrassed and too upset to talk about it. All I could get out of her was that it had something to do with the Assistant A

Overall it was okay. Many times they were understaffed. My MIL would call for toileting assistantance but nobody would come even through she was a fall risk. The food was marginal. The PT was good.
