Too few Staff, Patients are left alone w/ slow response to bathroom calls and general bedside assistance. My mother ( blind and deaf), fell out of bed there this am.....NO BED RAILS....has unequal pupils now.Not enough Medical Staff, including Doctors.Supposedly Medicare gave this place a 5 star rating..... I have been there many times and do not see a 5 star rating.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

My great grandmother and both of my parents have been or are currently residents here. The staff is second to none. They are very caring, professional and ready to do anything they can for the residents. The facility is very clean, no unpleasant odors. A top notch place. I hope that if I need this type of care in my advanced years, this is where I go. Many of the staff even came to pay their respects when my dad died over two years ago. The BEST place in mid-Michigan
