The facility smelled & was very dirty, they were understaffed. I had an issue with the dad that was there but has since passed away. I spoke to one of the nurses & she gave me attitude & told me if I wanted to settle the situation that she was done with work at 11pm & I could meet her outside of work. That there is no professionalism for a nurse to handle herself. I do not suggest for a loved one to be placed in this facility. I gave them all the information to file for Medicare & now I'm getting a bill stating that I did not give them all the information & I owe them money for my dads month stay.

We have been involved at this facility for four years. It is wonderful! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They know all the patients quite well. I feel we could not have picked a better place. My mother is always clean and happy. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

There is no communication -- between the facility and family or between the staff members. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing. The facility is dirty, run down and smells of mildew. Patient care is slim. Very understaffed. The facility has gone downhill rapidly since the new owners/management took over. My father got better care at home even though I work full time.
