please report this place, need to get it closed. report to comm of mass, public health. Cited in august 2017 for 281, poor nursing care, abuse and neglect. we need to all work together to get this place closed. To late for my dad, guilt for what we did to him sending him there.
so this has been confirmed by dept of public health-superivsor

Very understaffed. You have to be there to have your loved one cared for properly. Physical therapy by non-certified/trained staff. Food is horrible.
Director of Facility is hardly there. Director can't answer any questions or solve any problems. Very inexperienced. They are constantly hiring but new employees don't last. Pay is low and they want you to multi-task for free. Cheap company. Used to be a five star not now. one star.
