I am so sick and tired of having to replace things that go missing from my Uncles personal effects. First it was a new pair of slipper, then so many pairs of underwear. Now, there is a sweater that has gone missing, this was not a cheap item. And he goes out for lunch with some of the other patients. So tell me please how can he go if he does not have the proper items to wear. Oh yes I forgot to mention the long pants he had not to long ago that are missing also. You know otherwise, I have no complaints. But if the employee's feel the need to take from the patient, maybe the pay scale should be looked at.

My family member is there. I feel that you must use the squeeky wheel approach with this place. They are friendly enough, however they really have no idea how to care for the people there. The small things are missed most of the time until it becomes a complete problem. I wish they would get their act together. Then the staff would be able to have more then just a few who care.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
