The new Administrator Heather is over 2 nursing homes. She is the worse administrator in the 5 yrs my mother has been there. She's very seldom there, she is unfriendly w the people family and her staff except for the few who are her friends, the good 1's don't stay long cause she is awful to them. She never has enough aids, she has told the staff they are not to talk to the family members, we're from this area know most of the people who work there, she cusses her staff, cusses them if they complain to her and tells them they are not the Administrator, she tells family members if they complain to her they're not the Administrator, the food is terrible, the residents have no access to coffee, snacks... after 5 except for what she allows them to be served milk, Kool aid, water, Pkg Ritz peanut butter crackers, 2 cookies, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and sometimes they are offered Han and cheese plus the residents don't have any where to set there drinks or food, residents set in wheelchairs for hrs upon hrs, the dementia patients set in pee and feces, they are not pottied, alarms only work when they know the state is coming there will also be enough of aids, she has no contact numbers posted, she has taken down the large poster w the number for the state, the windows haven't been cleaned in yrs and numerous other things

The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They genuinely care about everyone who visits.My Father in Law lived there for 2 years and from day 1 he felt like he came home to family. They spoiled him. He had the best care. They visited with him daily, really talked with him. They wanted his opionion on how to improve the facility. They would call us at home at the first sign of a problem with his health. He told everyone he lived at the Hilton. He truly loved all the people that lived and worked there. They all made his last years great. Thank You. And I pray for you all daily.
