My mother has been in this facility for several years. I have had to complain about an unsanitary bathroom more than once, failure to communicate changes in her care, as requested, and failure to share other information that has been requested. Recently, they have failed to follow the family and doctor's request to have her feeding tube inserted and feed her through it as ordered. This place is CLEARLY neglecting my mother!!! I RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP YOUR LOVED ONE AWAY FROM THERE
