They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
