The administrator and staff welcomed my family after being treated poorly at a facility in Glendale. The admission and transition was seamless and the administrator was efficient in transferring my loved one in a matter of minutes. I am so grateful to the facility staff and the hospice company who relieved my loved one of pain. The facility was clean, employees friendly and were immediately on top of any issues. I would recommend this center.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
