I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. We are still interested in getting my sister, Deborah J. Davis, admitted for long-term nursing home care. She is a 60-year old who has suffered from MS for approximately 36 years. My landline phone number is 662-538-5924 and my cell number is 662-507-1440 and you can call me anytime.
