Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
