unskilled providers. Asked to see their state reviews notebook. By law it should be giving to anyone to review upon request. Highest level for infections. After sitting most of the day with my love one. I noticed there were no activities taken place. On my next visit I noticed the activity staff coloring with the resident. After seeing no other activities, I asked the activities staff about their memory care. She had no clue what I meant. After I explained to her what memory care was. She still had no idea. It was like talking to someone with a 2nd grade education. Activities are posted, but don't be fooled by that. Before you place your love one here. Ask to see their violations book or State reviews that should be left for viewing at all time and giving upon your request.

As far as activities for the residents they have activities every day for the residents whether it's playing bingo watching a movie eating popcorn or making crafts

This nursing home does not have any activities for the elderly to do. They practically wait to be pushed around and for church on sundays.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. In her short stay (less than a day) their OLD equipment and inattentive staff almost killed my loved one. The office staff talks a good sales pitch, but the reality has to be seen to be believed.

They gave me information but when problems arise and you confront them they take up for each other and do not fix the problem. They set up accounts on the patients without telling the families. The staff - you have some they are so nice and friendly and you have others that act like they could careless about the residents -its just a job. I've seen on several occaisians - a resident needing help and the worker just sat there and did nothing or went and got a fellow worker that was busy with a resident to take of the other also! They put a monthly calendar on the walls of the events per day - thats a laugh.
