It was like being at a mental institution. There was an elderly man screaming "please God Help me" and a woman pushing a wheelchair looking for her kids with greasy hair like she lived behind a dumpster. Its god awful there I wouldnt put any family member of mine in that dump. Talk to the people who take care of the residents. ASk any CNA how bad it is there. The place went 2 weekends in a row without briefs to change the residents were left laying in urine and dried feces (poop)

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Its hotter than the gates of hell inside this facility and I wouldnt put any of my family members in this place.
some of the residents had diarrhea under their chair in the hallway and they were screaming get me outta here please god help!

It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The Nursing department cant even check vitals on residents because there isnt a machine in the facility. There are not enough linens and the Nurse aides say no wet wipes to do their jobs in the poop department. I cant believe thisplace looks so nice however its run by clowns
