By far the worst place I have ever visited. Facility needs updating or at least painting and cleaning but the real problem is this facility is not equipped to take care of dementia patients or patients with real health problems. They neglect, ignore and just because the patient is old, they give them absolutely no respect or dignity. People deserve better than this. The nursing staff and RT personnel was slim to nothing throughout the day when the patient needed their services. The OT/PT team were outstanding. It's unfortunate that my mother had to end up in a place like this due to insurance/Medicaid and she was not monitored. I think of all the nurses, one, that's one, proved she was a real nurse. I no longer have my Mom as of January 2016 but one thing is I know she is in God's care and not in the care of the hands that treated her so poorly like they did at this facility.

The Ambassador in Omaha was a good rehabilitation center that provided the therapy that was needed for my mother's short-term stay.

My mom was a resident of this place and the service she received was horrible. She came out worse than when she came in. They kept her well over the 20 days and she did not function well. They had her wearing a pull up and leaving her in her room never open the curtain. Did not motivate her to get involved she ate her meal in her room alone. She kept on wanting to get out of there and was happy to leave. Now this is the part that is truly disappointing. My mom had another stroke, several as a matter of fact. I request she go there and they turned her down because of a bill that I made arrangements with to pay 450.00 and than I changed the amount to 250.00 due to my mom other bills. This was explained to Kris Ramage, I was threaten. She told me she would call an collection agent on my mom. I told her to do so, I might pay less. I told her I’m working with you. You lost her brand new cloths did not reimburse for them Lied and said you mailed a letter and the date on the letter conflict with what they are saying. My mother was let go after leaving them after a month and half a week. Now on medicare you get 20 days. They kept on saying she needed to be there. Her debt is 2827.00, which she doesn’t have to pay up front this was explained to KrisWhen she was being admitted I asked the lady do they offer a payment plain the lady at the desk, name I wish not to mention. She said yes…..Even after all of the poor handling of my mom I still wanted to give them another try and they treated her like this by denying her because of an outstanding bill that Kris Ramage was told that payment will start in Jan of 2014 and the bill was sent to my mom in October. She had the stroke in August 2, 2013 and left the hospital in and went to Brighton Garden another horrible place to be in. Left her in her Urine. Arrive at Ambassador In August around the second week and stayed until October and still we did not get any result, but a bill for $144.00 a day. If I have my dates off believe me it just a little, but I wanted to get this letter out before it was to late. I trusted them to honor their word while doing business with my family.
