my relative was a patient at the highlands her insurance ran out while waiting far an appeal , the nursing home stopped her physical therapy ,didn't get her out of bed and dressed until the afternoon,served her her food on paper dishes and overall not very nice, this is no way to treat a person, while being treated at your facility, it's disgracefull, it's a place to be cared for.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
