Very out of date, poorly decorated....looks like a funeral home when you walk in the front door!! Very poorly staffed...as a former employee there, I have seen many things that make me wonder how the place can stay open. Stay out of ROHM nursing homes!!!! They are FOR profit facilities and you can definately tell!!!

This place does not treat their patients like people, they do not bother to follow through with what they say will do to care for your loved ones. I really feel that they are just trying to collect money from people. We will move my mom asapThey weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.The staff has argued with me and my mother many times, I was told by their employee that all nursing homes are like that !~ Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about my mother. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
