The staff is friendly enough upon initial contact, but they lack follow-through with everything. The food is HORRIBLE and I honestly don't think my dogs would eat it. They don't listen to their residents as far as their own abilities to do things, and they take clothing to be laundered when they're not supposed to do so, and then it is lost.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
