The worst nursing home I've ever seen by far!
The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
They do not really care about the patient's care or wellbeing. All they really care about is the check! How Sad!!

Seems like a nice place to have your loved one in, but is deceiving. The entrance looks nice and the website only shows the front part of the home. Also, they do not explain what they are going to do to you and they also don't tell you that there is a physician that is assigned to the home, which doesn't even make himself known or present for the patient or family of patient to meet. We were there on a temporary basis, our experience was not a good one. Nobody knows what anyone is doing and no explanation on procedures and orders of primary physician/surgeon are known due to not following up by nurses/assistants. Also, some of them are very rude and seem that it's a bother to ask them anything. I, myself, wouldn't revisit this place. The rating is not a good one. Good thing some patients have their family looking out for them.

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to. They're very anti-hygienic , they don't come when they're called . It smells horrible , as if somebody is rotting as soon as you walk past the hallways. The majority of the employees are lazy that don't do they're job. This place should be shut down immediately! There are nurses who sit on top of the handicap patients , who also scream at them to be quiet. Honestly the state needs to get involved, poor seniors , especially the ones that can't speak for themselves.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
