These reviews seem FAKE AS CRAP !!!!!! They all sound the same..

Why Yes I was greeted in the parking lot and they have the friendliest staff...etc... I call BS..... the best nurse left this place because of the office and director.....

This was my first visit as I am trying to locate a facility for my husband. The person that showed us around, came outside to meet me as I was getting out of our car. All of our questions were answered and I was very impressed with the longevity of the employment of the majority of the staff. The PT was awesome.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Yes, I was completely at ease

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I like that they are always more than happy to answer my questions. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. My father has received excellent care at TNC.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. When I requested for attention for my father the staff would roll their eyes at me. I have felt that my father has been more of a burden to them by thier actions. The staff has changed several times within this year. No consistancy or good communication. I would only rate this 1 star!
