Called and tried to get my sister's (who is a resident there) phone number. I have called 5 separate times and have not yet gotten the phone number. The will give you the wrong phone number and switch you around and act like this facility is so big that they have no idea where someone is. Laughable facility.

They were located in a semi-safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places that are in safer and nicer conditions. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean enough. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting, what has not been done and still needs attention. They are very rude and mouthy, the service provided is very poor. The residents care needs a lot more attention and so does the tidiness of their rooms. My family member was removed from their care. I would not recommend.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
