The staff was good to my family member except for the administrator. When there was a problem, one that meant the health and well being of my family member, the administrator refused to address the issue and change it. This caused a great deal of distress to my family member

the care that was given my mother was very good...their billing office however is another story..when my mother passed i had one balance.Then the balance increased 3 more times until it was more than double the original balance...needless to say ,I filed a complaint with the BBB which is currently in process

THIS FACILITY IS HORRIBLE. THEY LEAVE CALL LIGHTS GOING FOR HOURS. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE STAFFING ISSUES. You can go up to any aide at any time ask and I can guarantee you they've been there at least 18 HOURS and are not allowed to go home for fear of termination. Not only is this cruel, it's ILLEGAL, and causes risks in care. My mother developed bed sores here and several severe UTIs. We finally pulled her out and moved her and she's doing much better.
