This facility has gone down tremendously in the last few years. It's not very clean and has a terrible smell. The most of the staff continues to attempt to perform their duties as well as they can under the circumstances. I continue to be shocked and disgusted when do visit residents there. If possible I would see to it that they were moved immediately. I really don't understand how the District of Columbia inspectors or the office of ombudsmen allow the facility to remain open.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
