Well this place I wouldnt recommended to anybody,the staff is very rude,they treat patients like dogs,the food is actually very bad,when you need something from them like fax a document etc you can die trying they will not do it and when they do is a week after,when you have called 300 times and spoke with 10 different people,they dont give teraphy to their patients,they have a cordless phone so supposedly family members can call to reach theur loves one,well that phone nobody ever answers it,and when you complain they blame the patients and say its out of charge...the place is very dirty the beds are uncomfortable,they feed the patiens and they dont care if the patient are all twisted they dont even help or clean the patient unless family member complains for example,I went to see my dad and it had dirty nails a lot of hair,like they dont keep them groomed and soap in his head like it has been there for weeks and it stunk ,well as soon as you enter that place your nose get stuffed,the staff dont pay attention to family concerns,they even laugh in your face and when you call and you finally get in touch with them all they do is say ohhh xxxxxx ( patient name) hes good hes ok and thats it almost hanging up on you...well there are so many things about this place,I could write a book,I have been trying to take my dad to another facility but it has been very hard because they wont cooperate with the paperwork...

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
