They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. My father ended up in the hospital, because his medication was screwed up they don't like to bring the patients to the bathroom, they leave them all day in wheelchairs with heads hanging in the day room. As someone else said I would not send my dog here.

Understaff is an understatement! I am extremly dissappointed. The staff are rude and the patients are not well groomed. The place is so dirty and disgusting. I had my mother there for about 8 months. When I complained that her bathroom so so dirty a worker came towards me to threaten to attack me thank god his manager came between us. I filed a complaint to the Cedar Grove Police department. If this is how they treat ME could you imagine how they treat the patients. Needless to say my mother is no longer at this facility. I would not keep my DOG in a place like this. I have already contacted State and I my attorney. There's too many complaints to list about this place. But please I beg of you if you are considering putting a loved one here I urge you not to!
