I had a family member there and if you don't stay on them, you can forget it. They won't do anything. Some of the CNA's were good but you had some that were lazy and just didn't care. Upper mgmt was a joke..a lot of family members working there. Too many smokers and they all went out at the same time it seemed like. They'll tell you 1 thing when you are checking the place out, you put your family member in expecting one thing, they're in the place for almost a year and the rules have suddenly changed. Why? Because they lie!!! So get everything in writing that they promise you, stay on them, watch them like hawks!! We did and they didn't like us but we didn't care. Hopefully, one day someone will get wise and get rid of the problem...upper mgmt!!!!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Once my mom was placed on Medicaid, they stopped doing any type of rehabilitation, and let her just stay mostly bed-bound.
