I was very displeased with Wexner especially with it being a non-profit facility. They act a bit like a for profit corporation. Les Wexner (especially with him being a older gentleman)and his team need to really improve the quality of service there. I just had my grandfather that was there and the Adminstrative Team and Physician were unprofessional. They are not honest and send residents loved ones home before they are medically stable. The rooms cost about 300.00 plus a night and are not worth it. Some of their nurses have attitudes and do not want to tell you about your loved one. This is a result from their not being enough staff to the residents there.Their telephone system has many flaws to where you are not able to connect to the proper departments. The doctors over medicate their residents which can cause a trip to the emergency room. The meal selections there are horrible because its Kosher but its really because they lack the money or refuse to spend the money to provide good tasting meals for the patients. I would not refer anyone to send their loved one here.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
